Warranty

Cheal Woodworking warrants all standard products to be of good materials and workmanship, free of defects which would render them unserviceable or unfit for the use which they are intended. Natural variation in the color or the texture of the wood are not to be considered defects. The outside dimensions (thichness and width) of all products will be within a size tolerance of +/- 1/32 inch.

This warranty covers the replacement or repair, at Cheal Woodworking's option, of any defective standard product, as originally ordered, for a period of two years (24 months) from the date of invoice, when accorded reasonable treatment by the purchaser. This warranty is void unless all surfaces are thoroughly and timely painted, varnished, or sealed to prevent undue absorption or release of moisture.

This warranty does not cover, and Cheal Woodworking assumes no responsibility for, any damage incurred as a result of shipping, storage, handling, installation, or the finishing process. Cheal Woodworking's liability under this warranty shall be limited to the original invoice price of the product. There are no further warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
