Changes & Cancellations

All products are manufactured to the customer's specifications. Therefor, changes or cancellations of orders in process are subject to charges, to be determined by Cheal Woodworking, at the time of the request.

Claims

All claims, including shortages, must be made within five days of receipt of merchandise. Any product claimed to be of defective material or workmanship must be returned to Cheal Woodworking for inspection. Any adjustment will then be made, subject to the provisions of the Cheal Woodworking Limited Warranty. If any products are damaged in shipment, please call us as soon as possible. We will remake the damaged items at no charge to you.

Shipping

All products shipped will be carefully packaged and protected. We will ship UPS or common carrier. Cheal Woodworking assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay during shipment.
